Monday & Thursday: Lefty Gomez Park, Parker Avenue, Rodeo
Tuesday & Wednesday: Triple Crown Baseball Academy, 1025 Broadway Ave, San Pablo
(in case of rain, all sessions will be held at the Academy)
Defense: Groundball work - Throwing mechanics - Flyball work - Defensive situation
Offense: Baserunning - Batting - Footwork mechanics - Hand mechanics - Tee work/soft toss/live throw

What to bring: Glove, cleats, helmet, tennis shoes, hat, and snack. Baseball attire required: No shorts or jeans.
